Interview with Bôba Mènde: Founder of Docutopia.de

Insights into Bôba Mènde: Early Life and Educational Background

During my school years as a teenager, I was part of the scouts, which were non-religious, and non-political, and also girls and boys together, growing up in nature every week and during the weekends. These were my first experiences teaching what I’ve learned from the elders of the tribe. Ecological, meaningful, and social habits were cultivated. Rules like respect and truth were key elements. Helping each other to achieve our goals of collaborating inclusively by sharing responsibilities for our natural habitat worked perfectly. This inspired me as well to study film, visual communication, script development, art, and writing songs. In 2012, I got my Master of Arts degree. Themes of group dynamics, collective swarm intelligence,
consensual decision-making, and the creative interaction within nature, as well as the multicultural traditions of natives, are topics I am still learning and producing art about. That is why two of my experimental documentaries, “Voices from Australia” and “Heal Mother Earth,” are highlighting the knowledge of First Nation people, their past and present, and supporting their stories to be a part of positive climate change in the future. In 2017, I started the project Docutopia as a contemporary eco-social sculpture.

Exploring the Mission and Vision

Docutopia is becoming a multiverse of solution-oriented approaches, projects, events, people, and locations. A combination of many networks as one practical, integrable #mapplication tool for healthier and more peaceful generations with equal rights to water and land to come.

Evaluating Docutopia’s Performance

Yes, it was because our second beta test version of Docutopia multi-tool went live in May. With the help of my friend who programmed our start-up baby https://next.docutopia.de/, we now have a match-map seed algorithm to water and grow it into a tree.

Strategies for Achieving Competitive Edge in Today’s Market Environment

The good news about Docutopia’s uniqueness in the contemporary market of social and professional networks is that we focus on natural, transparent, and human solutions on the real planet Earth, where needs
are mapable alongside regular offers too. Imagine your profiles from countless different accounts merging into Docutopia’s Multiverse Match Map in the near future. The real land you are living on, the fresh air you are breathing in, and the drinkable water sources you drink from are not only visible on this mapplication, but also interactively intertwined with people you know. Shared responsibilities for our one mother Earth will be implemented as #wikilecta, a voting, polls, and petition integration for political maps and grassroots journalists. Further, its gamification parts with eco-quests to reach all SDGs and even earn something with it to be a role model, as an eco-hero plays a crucial role in the development of Docutopia’s #multiverse.

Developing Strong Teamwork and Unity in Organizations and Among Employees

The main ingredients, I reckon, are truth and, respect for individual biorhythms, opinions, and ways of life.

Strategies for Maintaining Work-Life Balance as a Business Owner

Living in my garden for 9 years is the best type of balance, with paradise around me while I work. My daughters visit me from time to time, and I am humbly grateful, for learning more about how to adapt myself to the laws of nature.

Key Tips for Start-ups Seeking to Follow a Similar Pathway
