The AI guru Karim Lakhani of the Harvard business school gave his opinion that every small businesses owners should use generative AI tools such as Chat GPT and Microsoft AI in 2023.
The use of AI will make a difference in their production, and increase the customer base and overall business growth. The monthly subscription of ChatGPT is available only at $20 which every business owner should buy to communicate with customers, for doing marketing, creating awareness about new products, and for getting others assistance in performing the day-to-day business activities quickly and swiftly.
The small business owners should start experimenting from any of the above-mentioned platforms, said Lakhani on Wednesday.
He further said that ChatGPT is a thought partner, copy editor, and sparring partner which gives innovative ideas to small business owners and minimizes the cognition cost.
He also raised a point on criticism of General AI, people used to criticize the AI tools for not giving accurate results in searches and it is real but Lakhani advised the business owners not should focus on such critics and should spend time understanding how it is benefitting them.
In support of his insight into AI tools, he gave various examples. One of them is the e-commerce vendor. The e-commerce vendors used to use costly translational services whenever it comes to expanding their business in other markets. The AI tools can easily save such cost of translation and translation in multiple languages for you.
