Early Life And Educational Qualification Of Jessica

Initially, I went to college for early childhood education and behavioralism with the goal of helping children and their families navigate the world of special education in the academic world. While doing this, I volunteered with several state organizations. While working within the disability community, specifically in public policy and legislation. I came to realize that my degrees in behavioral science and early childhood education could be better utilized through legislative actions by developing a concept that combines psychology and traditional grassroots lobbying techniques That is effective regardless of the industry that utilizes it.

The mission and vision of J Gould Consulting

The Mission and Vision of J Gould Consulting is to give the disability community the same consideration any other underserved relation gets when it comes to state and federal funding. Currently, they are an underserved population.

Was the year good for J Gould Consulting?

Yes, this was a great year for our company.

How does J Gould Consulting stand on a different level in a current competitive market?

What makes our business stand apart is that we walk people through the whole entire legislative process independently when they hire us. We do not leave our clients until we know they have a full comprehension of how the legislative process works and can do it themselves if this is not the case. We offer a do-it-for-you model. Which offers an hourly rate easily affordable by most company standards and our clients outline exactly what we do for them. Everything is completely tailored.

How employees and organizations can build good teamwork and unity?

We are currently a sole proprietorship. So, although we do not have direct team members currently, we do work with several agencies to get the answers for our clients. It is a network of like-minded professionals wanting to serve the disability community to the best of their abilities. So, we foster relationships and build a network of trust amongst other professionals with knowledge that could benefit our clients.

How does Jessica maintain a healthy work-life balance as a business owner?

I make sure to have a hard stop. I never work past 10:00 PM at the latest. And I only work Monday through Friday, even if people e-mail me on the weekends. This allows me to have a healthy work-life balance and have time for family, friends, and my partner.

Important Tips From Jessica To Start-Ups.

We recommend starting with a Sole Proprietorship. What it does is it permits an individual to decide where they want to invest their money. It doesn’t cost anything to open one in the state of California. Or even on a national scale. It’s easy to go from a sole proprietorship to any other type of business license, nonprofit for profit LLC, etcetera. Even if you only do it for a couple of months and decide to grow up. In any other direction? It’s the perfect place to start. Also, Invest in a good hoster for your website. Ask a bunch of questions. Make sure your information is going to be plugged into; the right search engines at the right terms. Make sure you have control over that. Nowadays, in the digital world, this is more important than anything so whether people ask for your services or not. Being able to be found on the Internet is essential for any business.
