My early life was a confluence of contrasting interests – on one side I developed a fascination for the complexities of the oil and gas industry. At the same time, on the other, I was deeply interested in art and design which I pursued at the A-Level with graphic design, fine art, and photography. Pursuing my curiosity for the oil and gas industry I ventured into an elaborate educational path that took me to prestigious institutions. At Duke University I studied Oil & Gas Industry Operations and Markets which gave me a comprehensive understanding of the field.

I furthered this knowledge with an Organizational Analysis course at Stanford University where I honed my skills in structuring and managing effective teams. Recognizing the significance of strategic decision-making I pursued a course in Strategic Sales and Marketing Management at Harvard Extension School. Concurrently at PricewaterhouseCoopers, I embraced the power of data-driven decision-making which has become an instrumental part of my professional approach. Beyond academics, I also hold the NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety emphasizing Risk Profiling and Management.

This has been particularly crucial in understanding and implementing safety measures in high-risk industry environments. Upon entering the professional world I brought my diverse qualifications to ESCO where I’ve been diligently serving for 14 years. I now hold the position of Vice President of Operations having spent eight years in managerial roles. My journey in ESCO has seen me championing safe helidecks and ocean integrity managing a variety of offshore drilling support subsea aviation and operational project management services. I’ve also had the privilege of becoming an influential advisor and subject matter expert spearheading corporate strategy operations sales & marketing teams. My role has also had me stationed in Abu Dhabi where I was responsible for managing aviation marine and offshore projects including the design maintenance servicing and inspection of drilling rigs and platforms.

One of my notable projects was the full lifecycle management of Helicopter Landing Areas Offshore in the UAE. Additionally, I’ve had a hand in demolition and decommissioning operations diving marine, and NORM handling operations. Through my strategic implementations, I’ve had the opportunity to optimize the operations of ESCO and our partners managing key accounts like ADNOC and Dubai Petroleum. Overall my journey both academic and professional has been a rich tapestry of learning and application driving me to new heights in the Oil & Gas industry.
