Meet COS Digital Marketing Agency Owner: Katrina Tecxidor

Today we did an interview with Katrina Tecxidor. She works in digital marketing. Her journey started in this field from the time of college itself. She had to move fast in her life. she has worked very hard for this. And today she has her own agency.

Say something about yourself and your early life. What’s your educational qualification?

My name is Katrina Tecxidor and I’ve been in digital marketing for over a decade. I started marketing during college to expand my skills and get out of my comfort zone. I was very shy and wanted strongly to be more outgoing. Fast forward and I own a full-service digital agency of my own after working for a few other companies. Our full team does everything from building websites to social media, and even consulting. My educational background is from the University of Central Florida. I got my BA back in 2016.

Can you describe the mission and vision of your business?

Our company’s vision is to create consistent quality content for us and all our clients. Our content is meant to be compelling and solve problems while being entertaining.

Was the year good for your company?

Yes! We’ve been consistently growing every quarter.

How does your business stand on a different level in a current competitive market?

We focus on the client and quality first. We don’t see clients as a number. Because we truly care and are making an impact, our clients stay much longer than your average agency.

How can employees and organizations build good teamwork and unity?

Listening. Not enough people listen, they just want to talk about themselves. Being open-minded and having an open door to your employees makes for a much better work environment.

How do you maintain a healthy work-life balance as a business owner?

I have to schedule my off time and workout time. I make sure that I build my schedule in blocks so I always have time for family, work, working out, self-care, etc.

What tips do you give start-ups that want to follow a similar pathway?

Make sure you go into your business with a clear marketing and sales plan. Hire a consultant early on to help you do this. Use their knowledge to your advantage so you make fewer mistakes along the way!
