Early Life And Educational Qualification Of Sameer Ranjan.
We asked about Early life and educational: Sameer Ranjan – I started my journey in the professional world with mining engineering, automating daily mining activities with the help of data and statistics, primarily applying in the operations department. And later realized that I need to skill-up in order to be equipped with changing world around technology and Data.
Traveling from West to the East, I realized a part of the world where everything is possible, exploring underground metal mining to data mining, being a sportsperson to a nerd, and from being dependent to independent. Life is all about making decisions and learning from mistakes. This, I believe, applies to technology as well; it learns and corrects itself from hidden hyperparameters.

We asked about the current competitive market : Sameer said : We have a unique advantage of proper assimilation of product, technology, content and design. We stand unique in terms of end-to-end solutions and even helping customers’ future needs at the same time taking care of their needs.
Right now in the market there is a huge gap in demand and supply and it is ever growing, we are right now acting as pain-killer to the problem but with time, we will become vitamins for their problems, be it small or large enterprise, every organization needs to work with human and we intersect right where humans are involved.

We often say in our organization, we hire smart people so that they can run the organization better rather than we tell them how to do their tasks and run with it.
