Shelly Castle: I was a middle child and always had a rough life. My family was really poor. I grew up in a family of 5 and we lived on 10,000 a year. I was working since age 12, to get my own stuff and help the family. I did massages, mowed lawns, and picked up cans.

Shelly Castle: Being in the rideshare industry, I was a 5-star driver and always provided an unforgettable experience made it unique, and found my niche. Uber had deactivated me for no reason, and just people making up stuff to get free rides. When people call in to falsely report us, they don’t realize how much it affects us. For some, this is their bread and butter; but for me, it was that and even more. It was my life and everything I loved and was loving for.
